2007 will start with: wokkel and socks

Just a few hours left: and then again: a new year.
I hope it will be a good knitting/crochet/yarn/pattern year for everyone who reads this blog.
In my knittingcorner these days:
Opal socks for N. Both spiralled knitting with an colour and grey yarn.
I've started the rib very low, and in every 10th round (or so) adding more ribstitches.
The final touch (knitted toe-up) is the picot-edging.

And back to crochettime: a "wokkelsjaal". A very easy pattern from garnstudio (search for crochet and scarf), link is in the sidebar.

(the little dress is from "petit louis")

And this is a detail, snowwhite and some fluffy border.

Oooh, purdy!
Love the grey with the Opal! And the picot edging is cuuute.

Gelukkig Nieuwjaar!!!

P.s. That's in my new year's resolutions: learn to crochet! I already have Debbie Stoller's book, now to find more time that's not spent knitting or living....
