knittingcruise and give-away-question!

We celebrated our birthdays on saturday
and on sunday..


Ballee was selling in the Cruise Terminal
of Port Rotterdam

The MS Rotterdam was leaving for a nordic cruise,
including a group of ladies who are doing a knittingcruise!


Sorry for the crappy pictures, made with my cellphone.

It was great to meet Ravelry people in real life and hear all kind of
nice and good words about my handspun and stitchmarkers.
Above all: I have to get back on the spinningwheel, almost every skein is sold!

It was a great weekend, thanks!

    What I wouldn't do for some handspun:)

    It looks like the texture on a lizards skin, but in silver or some other metal, so my guess is that it's a detail of a statue.

    You won't believe this, but my friend Catarina from near Sarnia, Canada, is on that knitting cruise. Maybe you met her! She has relatives in the Netherlands, so she will be visiting them after the cruise.

    i think it might be one of those floatation bumper things (not sure what they are called) that cushion the boat from the pier or wharf.

    the cruise sounds like a lot of fun :) and you got to meet leena in person!
