After a free pattern on this blog.
I made it in Gedrifra "airmix" (62 merino 30 cotton 8 polyamide= VERY soft).
And used exactly 1 skein. (50g=140 m on 3,5 mm)
Really didn't understand the pattern while I was knitting, when it was almost finished I got it...

Hmm, this might appear to be a grumpy comment, but it's just that I came here via the Knitters in Europe ring (clicking Next on the Sthlm Knitters webpage) and I can't seem to find the ring code to go on here?
Anyway, that said, I thoroughly enjoyed browsing your blog - great, great projects and useful links. Loved this pixie hat for example, unfortunately there are no kids in my life at all. Also, those socks from the Fall issue of Vogue Knitting look absolutely gorgeous... I'll have to check back to see if you end up knitting them!
